18 Nov 2016 7:05 PM | Ronne Partoriza (Administrator)

Aloha Fellow RPCV's in Hawaii,

The film project that began six years ago in Hilo after the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Peace Corps in 2011 is ready for viewing.

The film shows Peace Corps training scenes on Hawaiʻi Island, in Hilo and Waipio Valley in particular.

The first showing will be at the Mookini Library at UH Hilo on Saturday, December 3, 2016, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.

Former Peace Corps staff members, Peace Corps volunteers and anyone who may have been involved with the Peace Corps training on Hawaiʻi Island between 1962 and 1971 is invited to attend. The public is also welcome.
