Aloha RPCVHI Members and Friends!
The Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Hawaii is sponsoring a booth at the UH Manoa International Students Association “International Night” on Friday March 16 from 6-9 pm at the UH Manoa Campus Center Ballroom. This exciting night of cultural interactions, cultural sharing and wonderful entertainment is put together by the active ISA students to celebrate the cultures these students come from. RPCVHI has supported the program for the past 5 years, and this year Michal Cohen, RPCVHI from Madagascar, will share her experience in Madagascar with all who come. The event generally has about 600 people attend, and all you need bring is a can of food for the Hawaii Food Bank, which we also support. Please plan to attend. You’ll have a great time, and you’ll find other RPCVs there to interact with and enjoy the event together.
Parking is $6.00 on campus, but the Campus Center is not far from the University Avenue bus lines (#4, #6, and #18). Be sure to bring a can of food as your entrance “fee”.
The RPCVHI Board and I hope to see you there!
Aloha, Rosemary, President, RPCVHI
